Zar Red Oak 3 Oz. Latex Wood Filler

A ready-to-use patching compound containing treated pulverized wood. Excellent for many uses because it shrinks less, and may be nailed, sawed, sanded, or drilled. May be topcoated with paint, varnish, shellac, polyurethane, stain, and can be used indoors or outdoors. When a patched area requires stain, Zar wood patch greatly diminishes the lighter area or halo effect surrounding the patch. Fills and repairs cracks and holes in toys, patterns, furniture, picture frames, and most items made from wood. Makes inlays, models, novelties, and carved objects. May be reduced with water to obtain a creamy consistency when using as wood grain filler. Follow label instructions for surface preparation and application. Allow to dry overnight. Sand lightly and topcoat with latex paint, wood stain, or polyurethane. All exterior applications must be topcoated. Clean up tools with soap and water.
