Description
The Sear Station for pellet grills. Universal design. Rest on top of your existing grill surface, enhancing performance and cooking results. Features a raised rail design preventing flare-ups and ensuring your food cooks evenly without charring. Aluminum material efficiently conducts heat, and eliminates hot and cold sports for consistent grilling results. 2-sided - the rails side is used for traditional grilling and bold sear marks, and the flat side is used as a griddle.
