To achieve optimal adhesion, it is crucial to prepare the surface properly by removing any loose rust, dirt, dust, and oil. For enhanced adhesion on bare steel or iron, we recommend priming with the Do it Best alkyd industrial primer Model No. W50W90 before applying the topcoat. For aluminum or galvanized steel, use the Do it Best waterborne industrial primer Model No. W66W900 prior to application.
